Vocal vowel and deep rest meditation

In Hebrew, a vowel is called 'tnua', which means 'movement'. Movement between one state of being to another – the space of transition and change. Vocal vowel meditation is a profound spiritual practice, evoking a deep sense of peace and integrity. This practice will be followed by deep relaxation and rest meditation to allow stillness to infuse your Limmud experience.
